Role Description The Social Media Intern role is a full time, hybrid position based in Tiruchirappalli, with flexibility for some work-from-home assignments. In this role, the intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms such as YouTube and Facebook to support brand awareness and audience growth. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, designing basic visual content, scheduling updates, monitoring engagement metrics,



and responding to comments or messages in coordination with the team.

The intern will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align social media campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies and property management initiatives. The role also involves researching trends, analyzing performance data, and suggesting improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support online campaigns and audience growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to plan, design, and publish platform-specific content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage effectively with online communities.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., platform insights), and ability to interpret engagement metrics is beneficial.
- Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (such as Canva or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Tiruchirappalli, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
