Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to Instagram Direct Messages (DMs).

- Handle customer inquiries and conversations via WhatsApp.

- Monitor and reply to Instagram comments while maintaining the brand's tone of voice.

- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, offers, and policies.

- Maintain response time and customer satisfaction standards.

- Keep records of customer interactions and report recurring issues or customer feedback.

- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and social media guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent written communication skills in English

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

- Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp Business.

- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
