Social Media Head – Organic Marketing

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Head to lead our entire organic social media function and build a strong, recognizable digital presence for our fast-growing brand.

We’re on a mission to make spirituality simple, and we need someone who can turn this idea into content people want to watch, share and talk about.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the overall organic social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Build content pillars, campaigns and growth strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Lead the ideation and execution of Reels, short-form videos, stories, carousels and other social content.
- Identify trends, cultural moments and emerging formats and turn them into relevant brand content.
- Drive organic reach, engagement, community building and follower growth.
- Lead and manage the social media/content team, including designers, editors and content creators.
- Set content goals, monitor performance and use analytics to improve strategy.
- Conduct audience, competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Build a consistent brand voice and visual/content identity across platforms.
- Plan and execute organic campaigns,



launches and social initiatives.
- Present regular performance reports, insights and growth recommendations to leadership.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats and creative approaches.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media, Organic Marketing, Content Marketing or Brand Marketing.
- Proven experience leading organic social media growth for a brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and short-form content.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling and content strategy skills.
- Experience managing creative/social media teams.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take complete ownership.

Important This is a strictly organic marketing role.

Paid advertising/PPC will not be the primary focus.

We’re looking for someone who can answer one simple question:

“How do we make people stop scrolling — and make them remember the brand?”
