Role Overview The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing Rrayze's social media presence, developing engaging content, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, carousels, captions, and campaigns.
- Develop creative ideas for social media campaigns and brand communication.
- Write engaging, explicit, and grammatically correct captions and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other internal teams for content creation. • Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats,



hashtags, and audience preferences.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Support company events, hiring campaigns, announcements, and promotional activities through social media.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
- Good copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
