About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow the Meme Pages. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of meme culture, social media trends, and audience behavior. They should be capable of identifying viral opportunities, coordinating content creation, and driving engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day operations of the page.

● Research trending topics, memes, and viral conversations.

● Create content briefs and coordinate with designers/editors.

● Write engaging captions and post copies.

● Schedule and publish content across platforms.

● Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.

● Track content performance and prepare weekly reports.

● Suggest new content formats and growth opportunities.

● Ensure content aligns with the page's tone and brand identity.

● Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.

Requirements

● 1-3 years of experience in social media management.

● Strong understanding of meme culture and internet trends.

● Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

● Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, and other social platforms.





● Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment.

● Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics.

● Good coordination and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

● Experience managing meme, entertainment, or youth-focused pages.

● Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.

● Understanding of US pop culture and trending conversations.

● Experience in community management.

What We're Looking For A person who is chronically online (in the best way), understands what makes content shareable, can spot trends early, and knows how to keep a meme page relevant, engaging, and growing every day.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
