Job Overview

We are looking for a Creative Designer for Creating Social Media Posts – Static & Motion Graphics with good practical knowledge of graphic design, reels creation, and video editing.

The candidate will work on client projects as well as internal marketing requirements and should be able to understand creative briefs, client requirements, and feedback in Bengali, Hindi and English.

This is a presently 100% Work From Home opportunity, with Saturday and Sunday off.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality social media posts, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and digital marketing designs.

Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.

Use CANVA, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, PREMIER PRO/ DaVinci RESOLVE confidently to create and edit professional static and video promtional contents.

Work on creative requirements for client-side projects according to their brand guidelines and objectives.

Understand in Bengali, Hindi and English client briefs, requirements, references, and feedback and convert them into suitable creative designs.

Make revisions based on client and internal team feedback.

Create creatives in different sizes and formats for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other platforms.

Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual style.

Collaborate with the digital marketing and content teams.

Stay updated with current design, Reels, motion graphics, and social media trends.

Required Skills

Good practical knowledge of CANVA, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, PREMIER PRO/ DaVinci RESOLVE.

Good knowledge of reels creation and short-form video content.

Good understanding of 2D design and motion graphics.





Good understanding of video editing, including cuts, transitions, text animation, subtitles, effects, music, and timing.

Valuable understanding of typography, color combinations, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

Understanding and reading skills to understand client communication, briefs, instructions, and feedback.

Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into creative designs.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of AI-based creative and design tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising creatives.
- Experience creating creatives for different industries and brands.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should:

- Have a strong creative mindset and good visual sense.
- Be confident in creating both static and video content.
- Be comfortable working on client projects.
- Be able to understand Bengali, Hindi and English client communication and creative briefs.
- Be able to take feedback and make revisions professionally.
- Have good time-management skills and meet deadlines.
- Have a portfolio or sample work demonstrating graphic design, Reels, and/or motion graphics skills.

- Candidates who have completed a Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia, or Video Editing course.
