About the Role-

TRUFIT is looking for a creative and highly hands-on Social Media & Content Executive who can take ownership of our organic social media presence and help us build a stronger consumer-facing footwear brand.

This is not simply a posting or scheduling role.

We are looking for someone who understands content, social media culture, short-form video and audience behaviour and can turn footwear products, manufacturing, people and everyday brand moments into engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities-

Create and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

Ideate, shoot and edit Instagram Reels, Stories, product videos, lifestyle videos, behind-the-scenes content and trend-led content.

Create monthly and weekly social media content calendars.

Regularly research trends, competitors, viral formats,



trending sounds and new content opportunities.

Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.

Manage comments, direct messages and audience interactions while maintaining TRUFIT's brand voice.

Track reach, engagement, shares, watch time, follower growth, profile visits and enquiries and use these insights to improve future content.

Coordinate product shoots, models, creators, influencers and other collaborations when required.

Capture content from TRUFIT products, manufacturing processes, launches and everyday operations.

Support recent product launches, campaigns and promotional activities.
