ZICA ZIMA Ludhiana is looking for a confident, presentable and creative qualified to join our team as a Front Desk & Content Creator.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk

- Welcome and assist students, parents and visitors professionally.
- Handle front-desk enquiries and provide information about courses and admissions.
- Communicate with prospective students through calls, messages and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams for student-related requirements.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.

Content Creation

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Appear confidently in videos, reels and promotional content.
- Develop creative ideas for institute promotions, courses, events and student activities.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for regular content planning and execution.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has:
- Fluent and confident communication skills.




- A pleasant and professional personality.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in front of the camera.
- Creativity and an interest in social media and content creation.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools will be an advantage.
