Role Description As a Social Media Content Creator at Oddtusk, you will develop, produce, and publish compelling content across social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube. You will be responsible for planning content calendars, drafting copy, creating visual or video assets in collaboration with designers, and ensuring all posts align with brand voice and strategic goals. Daily tasks include monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating on content based on insights.

You will work closely with marketing and strategy teams to support campaigns, maintain consistent storytelling, and experiment with new formats and trends. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications

- Strong social media content skills, including short-form copywriting, caption creation, and storytelling tailored to multiple platforms.
- Experience with visual and multimedia content, such as basic graphic design, video editing, and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars, coordinate posts around campaigns, and maintain consistent brand tone and messaging.
- Comfort with social media analytics, tracking key metrics, and using insights to refine content strategies and improve performance.
- Solid research skills to understand audiences, industry trends, and competitor activity, and to translate findings into actionable content ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a solid sense of grammar and clarity.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, collaborate in a fast-paced team environment, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is preferred; agency experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
