We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Influencer Marketing skilled to manage social media activities and influencer marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram, social media trends, influencer marketing, reels, and digital content, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Marketing

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers across beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and related categories.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Coordinate with influencers regarding content, deliverables, posting schedules, and approvals.
- Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, leads, and overall campaign results.
- Build and maintain an updated influencer database.
- Prepare campaign reports and maintain records of influencer collaborations.
- Negotiate and coordinate with influencers for campaign deliverables and commercials.

Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Write engaging captions and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
- Monitor Instagram Insights and other social media analytics.
- Identify trending content, formats, hashtags,



and reels to improve engagement.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for regular social media execution.

Requirements

- Experience: Fresher to 3+ years in Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Influencer Marketing.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and current social media trends.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with good content sense.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and activities simultaneously.
- Strong coordination, organization, and execution skills.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers with good knowledge of social media and influencer marketing can apply.
- Candidates with 1–3+ years of relevant experience are preferred for senior responsibilities.
- Candidates who have previously managed Instagram pages, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, or social media accounts will be an advantage.
