WE’RE HIRING | SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATOR For a Fashion & Clothing Brand

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Creator who understands fashion, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can independently turn ideas into high-quality, engaging & viral Reels.

This is not a role where you simply manage a social media account we’re looking for someone who can create the content themselves from start to finish

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Develop creative & trending Reel concepts for a fashion brand
- Shoot high-quality fashion photos & videos
- Create and edit Instagram Reels independently
- Handle video editing, transitions, effects, music & storytelling
- Be comfortable appearing on camera / modelling for content when required
- Create fashion-focused photoshoots and social media content
- Identify trending sounds, formats, hooks and content styles
- Plan and execute a consistent Instagram content calendar
- Create content that is engaging, aesthetic, relatable and shareable
- Shoot content using a phone/camera and manage the complete production process
- Take ownership of content from idea → shoot → edit → final Reel

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

✓ Has a strong understanding of Instagram & current Reel trends

✓ Can independently shoot and edit content





✓ Has a good eye for fashion, styling, framing, lighting & aesthetics

✓ Is confident in front of the camera

✓ Can work independently without needing a separate photographer, videographer or editor for every piece of content

✓ Is creative, energetic and willing to experiment

✓ Understands how to create content that can potentially go viral and build a brand organically

✓ Has experience working with fashion, clothing, beauty or lifestyle brands preferred but not mandatory

SIGNIFICANT

You should be able to handle the complete content creation process yourself.
