Social Media & Brand Marketing Specialist

CZI Global Consulting is an international consulting company currently expanding its operations in India. We work in the financial consulting and debt settlement sector.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Brand Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our companys social media presence and help us build a strong, qualified and trustworthy brand from the ground up.

This is not only a posting or scheduling role. We need someone who can develop the social media strategy, create content, produce videos and Reels, grow our audience organically and build a consistent brand image across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage CZI Global Consulting’s social media presence from the ground up.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop a clear social media and content strategy for the company.
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Generate ideas for Reels, short-form videos, educational content, expert content, team content and brand stories.
- Create and coordinate photo and video content.
- Shoot or assist with shooting employees,



office activities, interviews and expert videos.
- Create and edit Reels, Shorts and other video formats.
- Prepare captions, social media posts and storytelling content.
- Build a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all platforms.
- Develop Instagram as a strong and professional company page.
- Grow real and engaged followers organically.
- Increase reach, engagement, followers and brand awareness.
- Develop LinkedIn as a professional and expert communication channel.
- Develop YouTube through educational and short-form video content.
- Monitor trends and adapt relevant content formats for the company.
- Work with influencers, creators or external production resources when required.
- Support creation of advertising creatives for Meta and other digital campaigns.
- Track social media analytics and continuously improve content performance.
- Monitor competitors and identify ideas that can be adapted for CZI.
- Work closely with management, sales and marketing teams.
