Social Content Producer

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Content Producer to plan, shoot, and coordinate short-form video content for multiple international B2B clients. You'll own the content calendar and shoot execution, and work closely with editors and designers to get final content out the door on time.

This is a hands-on production role - you're the one behind the camera and the one keeping shoots, briefs, and deadlines on track across clients.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute video shoots (phone and/or camera) based on client content calendars
- Research competitor content and pitch fresh content ideas for each client
- Build and manage content calendars, and shoot against them on schedule
- Handle basic editing — clean cuts, easy transitions, captions — before handing off for final edit
- Brief video editors and graphic designers clearly, with footage, references, and requirements
- Track content requirements and deadlines across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Travel for shoots when required (travel expenses covered separately — details shared on hire)





What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of hands-on video production experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
- A portfolio is mandatory - we want to see Reels/short-form work you've shot yourself, ideally including examples where you also handled basic edits or briefed an editor
- Strong understanding of what makes Reels and short - form content actually perform
- Comfortable with basic editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) — you're not expected to deliver polished final edits, but you should be able to rough-cut cleanly
- Strong written communication — you'll be sending detailed briefs, not just footage
- Able to independently manage multiple clients, calendars, and deadlines without close supervision
- Own phone/camera and basic shoot kit (mic, gimbal/tripod if possible)

Location: Delhi NCR Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
