Social Media Assistant – Meta (Instagram & Facebook)

We are looking for a young, hands-on Social Media Assistant to support the day-to-day management and growth of our brands across Instagram and Facebook.

The role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, is organised, quick with execution, and enjoys creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling on Instagram & Facebook
- Assist in creating Reels, Stories, posts and basic social media creatives
- Write captions, hooks and social copy in line with the brand tone
- Identify trending formats, sounds, memes and content opportunities
- Coordinate shoots and capture basic photo/video content when required
- Edit short-form videos/Reels using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar
- Respond to comments and DMs and support community engagement
- Maintain the monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution
- Track basic performance metrics including reach, engagement,



views and follower growth
- Support boosting posts and basic Meta Ads execution/reporting along with performance marketing
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers and internal teams where required

What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and Meta Business Suite
- Strong interest in social media, trends and digital content
- Basic video editing and Canva skills
- Valuable written English and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly
- Proactive attitude — someone who brings ideas rather than waiting for instructions

Experience: 0–2 years / strong freshers with relevant social media experience may also apply. Location: Delhi / South Delhi preferred

Role: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
