Role: SmartRecruiters Functional Consultant SAP CPI Integration

Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 5–8+ years

About the Role

We're looking for a SmartRecruiters Functional Consultant with solid SAP CPI integration experience to support our talent acquisition platform and its integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and other enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

- Gather requirements and map end-to-end recruitment/hiring processes
- Configure SmartRecruiters (workflows, requisitions, approvals, application forms, roles/permissions)
- Design and support SmartRecruiters–SAP integrations via SAP CPI (field mappings, data transformations, error handling)
- Manage integration of candidate, requisition, offer, org, employee, and onboarding data
- Prepare functional specs, mapping documents, test scripts, and process flows
- Lead/support SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Troubleshoot defects and production issues with technical teams
- Partner with HR, TA, IT, security, and vendors
- Support data migration, releases, and post-go-live stabilization




- Create training materials and train recruiters/hiring managers

What You Bring

- 5+ years in SmartRecruiters functional consulting/configuration/support
- Solid grasp of end-to-end talent acquisition processes
- Hands-on SAP CPI integration experience
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SFTP, OAuth, and integration monitoring
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Employee Central, or SAP HCM integrations
- Strong data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation skills
- Experience integrating job boards, background-check providers, assessment tools, and HRIS
- SmartRecruiters certification and SAP CPI/Integration Suite certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

- Multi-country/multi-language implementation experience
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Awareness of recruitment data privacy/compliance requirements
