JOB OPENING: SITE SUPERVISOR

Salary: 20,000/- to 25,000/-

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a sincere, mature and responsible Site Supervisor with strong team-handling and site execution skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. FITTER TEAM SUPERVISION Supervise fitter teams at assigned sites and ensure work progresses properly as per the approved plan.

2. DAILY SITE VISITS Visit assigned sites daily, monitor work progress and ensure proper execution as per schedule.

3. TEAM & WORK MONITORING Monitor team performance, work quality, work pace and overall site execution during visits.

4. DRAWING & HARDWARE COLLECTION Collect required drawings and hardware from the office before leaving for the assigned site.

5. MATERIAL MANAGEMENT Ensure required material reaches the site and submit remaining unused material back to the office.

6. SITE ISSUE HANDLING Identify site issues related to drawings, location, hardware, material or manpower and coordinate for resolution.

7. CUSTOMER COORDINATION Act as the site contact for customers and check ongoing work-related problems or requirements.

8. SITE PHOTOS & VIDEOS Take proper site photographs and videos during visits and submit them with progress updates.

9. MEASUREMENT & SITE COORDINATION Handle site measurements accurately and coordinate requirements with concerned departments.

10. CRM & ONLINE REPORTING Update site progress, requirements, photographs and reports properly through the company CRM system.

11. HOURLY REPORTING Submit required hourly site reports on time without fail and maintain accurate progress updates.

DEPARTMENT COORDINATION Coordinate with Fitter Team, CAD, Production, Dispatch and other concerned departments for site requirements.

13. DELAY & ISSUE ESCALATION Immediately report major delays, changes, manpower issues or unresolved site problems to management.

14. EOD REPORTING Complete and submit all assigned site reports and final daily updates within the required timeline.

15. OVERALL SITE ACCOUNTABILITY Responsible for smooth site execution, team handling, material coordination, customer support and timely reporting.

IMPORTANT – CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Age: 30–35 years

Must be mature, sincere, disciplined and responsible.

Must be strong and efficient in team handling.

Must have good knowledge of site measurements.

Must be comfortable using CRM and online reporting systems.

Own bike with valid driving licence is mandatory.

Car driving is mandatory.

TA/DA will be provided as per company norms.

Candidate must be comfortable travelling to sites outside Ludhiana whenever required.
