We are seeking an experienced Civil / Mech / Elec Engineer to manage end-to-end swimming pool construction and MEP operations. You will lead in office execution from initial excavation and structural concrete work through to waterproofing, plumbing, filtration setup, and final system commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Civil &
- Structural Execution:

Oversee excavation, rebar, shuttering, and concrete pouring for pools and balancing tanks. Apply waterproofing and conduct hydro-testing to guarantee zero leakage. Manage tiling and finishing works.

- MEP Installation &

- Coordination:

Supervise plumbing line routing (inlets, drains, skimmers) and conduct pressure testing before concrete pours. Coordinate plant room setups, including sand filters, pumps, chemical dosing systems, and underwater LED lighting.

- Quality &

- Commissioning:

Read and resolve conflicts between structural and MEP drawings. Perform system flushing, chemical balancing, pre-commissioning checks, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

- Site &

- Material Management:

Direct subcontractors and site labor. Check BOQs, inspect incoming materials, track daily progress, and prepare measurement sheets for billing.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Education:



Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or Mechanical Engineering with strong civil experience).

- Experience: 3 to 6+ years of hands-on site execution for swimming pools, water bodies, or fountains.

- Technical Skills: Strong background in pool waterproofing, structural concrete, and plumbing pressure testing. Solid understanding of pool MEP systems (pumps, filtration, backwashing, water treatment) and AutoCAD drawing interpretation.

- Competencies: Strong site leadership, problem-solving ability, and vendor/subcontractor management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
