The Site Supervisor for Installation & Commissioning will oversee the installation, commissioning, and supervision of solar system projects. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and the capability to manage project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in solar installations and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems.

- Ensure all installations are carried out according to design specifications and safety standards.

- Conduct site assessments and prepare the site for installation.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

- Supervise and lead installation teams, including installers, technicians, and subcontractors.

- Ensure team members are adequately trained and adhere to safety standards.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

- Prepare and submit progress reports,



including financial performance and project status updates.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.

- Provide regular updates on project status and address any client concerns.

- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality and timely project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project supervision, installation, and commissioning within the solar industry or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
