Job Summary

KANI INFRA is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Site Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, site visits, follow-ups and property sales for our residential project at Palladam.

Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from customers interested in residential properties
- Explain project details, pricing and available options
- Coordinate and accompany customers for site visits
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain customer and lead follow-up records
- Build good relationships with prospective customers
- Coordinate with the sales team and report daily activities
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements




- Positive communication skills in Tamil
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Two-wheeler and mobile Prefered
- Real estate or field sales experience will be an advantage
- Freshers with valuable communication and interest in sales may also apply
