Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Gurugram.

The Site

Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring that construction and interior fit-out activities are executed according to approved designs, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project managers, supervising work progress, monitoring quality, and managing snag lists until handover. The role also involves tracking materials and equipment, supporting BOQ verification,



assisting with cost and variation control, and maintaining accurate site documentation and reports.

The Site

Supervisor will work closely with the project team to uphold timelines, resolve on-site issues, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including daily work planning, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-outs or construction, with working knowledge of civil, finishes, and MEP execution.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, and to support estimation and cost control activities.
- Competence in quality management, snagging, and handover processes, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., MS Office) and site reporting; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Construction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in site supervision.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with capacity to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to be present on site throughout project phases and to coordinate with multiple vendors and contractors.
