Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Structural to supervise and coordinate structural construction activities at project sites. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on site experience in structural construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor structural construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with Structural Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, contractors, and site teams.

- Review structural drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues before execution.

- Monitor RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and related structural activities.

- Check reinforcement, dimensions, levels, alignment, and other structural elements before concreting.

- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved quality standards and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of structural works.

- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for structural activities.

- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain records of work progress.





- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper implementation of safety and quality procedures at the site.

- Prepare daily and periodic progress reports as required.

- Coordinate inspections, measurements, and approvals with consultants and project management teams.

- Ensure structural works are completed within the planned schedule.

Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural construction.

- Hands-on experience at construction sites is mandatory.

- Solid knowledge of RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and structural execution.

- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.

- Good knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site practices.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to manage contractors and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and site-management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction-related software will be an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
