Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR policies, statutory compliance & labour laws.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions & engagement.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning for permanent/contract employees.
- Drive PMS, training, talent development & career initiatives.
- Manage attendance, payroll inputs, benefits & HR records.
- Coordinate with EHS on safety, compliance & accident-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS & statutory submissions.
- Manage factory facilities, vendors & administrative activities.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Factories Act, EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages & Contract Labour Act.
- Experience in manufacturing/factory HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in PMS, L&D;, talent management & employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS & MS Excel.
