: Site Engineer – Residential Interiors Job Title: Site Engineer – Residential Interiors Department: Project Execution Location: Bangalore Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred) Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, managing contractors, and delivering projects on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities  Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.  Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.  Interpret and execute drawings, BOQs, and design specifications.  Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.  Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.  Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.  Manage material delivery, inventory, and proper utilization at site.  Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with the design team for clarifications.  Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to the management team.  Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site housekeeping standards.  Coordinate client site visits and address execution-related concerns.  Conduct final inspections, snag rectification,



and handover activities.

Required Qualifications  Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.  2–5 years of experience in residential interior fit-out projects.  Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and false ceiling works.  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.  Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.  Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.  Willingness to travel to project sites.
