Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Bardez, Goa.

The Site

Engineer oversees day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, supervising site staff, monitoring material usage, and maintaining site documentation and reports. The role involves conducting regular inspections for quality control, resolving technical issues, and supporting structural and civil engineering decisions on the project.

Engineer also communicates progress and challenges to project managers and collaborates with the wider project team to achieve successful delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and practical experience managing construction activities.




- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, including inspection, compliance with standards, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to residential or commercial construction.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in residential building projects or luxury homes is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Understanding of safety regulations, local building codes, and basic project management practices.
- Ability to work independently on-site, make informed decisions, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
