Job Purpose The Site Engineer will be responsible for the execution and supervision of acoustic and soundproofing projects at site. The role involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, installers, vendors, and clients to ensure that acoustic works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day acoustic and soundproofing installation activities at project sites.
- Understand and execute acoustic drawings, layouts, sections, details, and installation specifications.
- Take site measurements and verify site conditions before and during execution.
- Coordinate with the design, production, project, and sales teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure acoustic materials are installed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor installation of acoustic panels, ceiling systems, wall treatments, insulation, soundproofing systems, doors, flooring systems, and other acoustic components as applicable.




- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, installers, electricians, civil teams, architects, consultants, and client representatives.
- Supervise manpower and ensure proper utilization of labour and resources at site.
- Monitor material receipt, storage, handling, and usage at project locations.
- Identify site issues, technical requirements, and execution challenges and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurements, material records, and work updates.
- Ensure work is completed within the required timeline and according to project quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks during installation and report deviations immediately.
- Assist in preparing measurements, quantity requirements, material requirements, and project execution reports.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, testing, inspection, and final project handover.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of relevant site/project execution experience.
- Experience in acoustic, soundproofing, interior, construction, building materials, HVAC/MEP, or other technical project execution will be considered relevant.




- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.
- Good understanding of site execution and project coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site manpower.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and site documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Strong problem-solving and execution-oriented approach.
