Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi NCR, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at installation and project locations. This role involves coordinating work schedules, assigning tasks to site teams, and monitoring progress to ensure that installations and construction activities are completed safely, on time, and in line with quality standards.

The Site

Supervisor will inspect work regularly, manage materials and tools at the site, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures. The role includes liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams, addressing on-site issues, and reporting daily updates, including work status, resource needs, and any delays.

Supervisor will also support training and guidance for on-site staff, helping maintain a disciplined and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Robust site management and coordination skills, including the ability to supervise teams, assign tasks, and monitor daily activities at project locations.
- Experience with construction or installation processes, preferably in windows, doors, or building solutions, with a focus on quality checks and adherence to technical specifications.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices, with the ability to enforce safety rules and conduct basic on-site safety inspections.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, including clear reporting of site progress and issues.
- Proven ability to plan work, manage time, and handle multiple tasks, including scheduling, material tracking, and problem-solving under deadlines.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements, with the ability to interpret instructions and guide teams accordingly.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a technical diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role at construction or installation sites in Delhi or similar urban environments is preferred.
- Comfort with on-site documentation, use of mobile apps or basic computer tools for reporting, and readiness to work in varied outdoor conditions.
