We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Manager to manage and supervise villa construction projects from start to completion. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, manpower coordination, quality control, material management, and ensuring timely completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day construction activities for villa projects.

- Supervise civil, structural, finishing, and external works.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work activities.

- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.

- Conduct regular site inspections and identify and resolve construction issues.

- Coordinate different trades including masonry, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other finishing works.





- Monitor material requirements and control wastage.

- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and project documentation.

- Ensure proper health and safety practices at the construction site.

- Coordinate inspections, snagging, rectification, and final handover.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential/villa construction.

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.

- Good knowledge of drawings, measurements, BOQ, and construction materials.

- Strong leadership and site-management skills.

- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
