We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead automobile showroom sales, manage the sales team, drive customer conversions, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations.

- Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.

- Generate and convert walk-in, online and referral leads.

- Manage customer enquiries, product presentations and test drives.

- Drive vehicle bookings, sales closures and revenue targets.

- Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance and KPIs.

- Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service and Delivery teams.

- Handle customer negotiations and support the team in closing deals.

- Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and CRM/DMS records.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and MIS.

- Develop local marketing, referral and corporate sales opportunities.

Requirements

Strong Automobile Sales & Showroom Sales knowledge.





Excellent team leadership and people management skills.

Lead generation, follow-up and sales conversion skills.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Customer relationship management.

Target and performance-oriented approach.

Good knowledge of CRM / DMS / MS Excel.

Ability to analyse sales reports and KPIs.

Knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance and registration processes is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in automobile sales.

- Experience as Sales Manager / Showroom Sales Manager / Team Leader – Automobile Sales preferred.

- Experience handling a sales team and achieving monthly targets.
