nKey responsibilities

- Oversee daily office and showroom operations.

- Coordinate showroom staff and welcome visitors.

- Track customer enquiries, quotations, orders and pending follow-ups.
n
- Work with the sales, accounts, administration and operations teams to keep activities on schedule.

- Maintain records, reports, correspondence and other routine documents.
n
- Ensure the showroom is well presented and has the supplies needed for daily operations.

- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate matters that require management decisions.

nCandidate profile

- Experience in office administration, showroom operations or team coordination is preferred.

- Solid organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- Comfortable using email and spreadsheets and preparing routine reports.
