We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Showroom Advisor to join our car dealership. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car-buying process, understanding their requirements, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, and supporting sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

- Explain car models, variants, features, specifications, pricing, and offers.

- Conduct and coordinate test drives for interested customers.

- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

- Handle customer queries regarding finance, insurance, exchange, and registration.

- Maintain proper customer and lead records in CRM/DMS.

- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams for smooth order processing.

- Achieve assigned sales and customer-handling targets.

- Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide a positive showroom experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
