Role Description As a Shopify Store Management Intern at Udyog Connect, you will support the day-to-day operations of Shopify-based online stores, including adding and updating products, managing collections, and maintaining accurate inventory and pricing details. You will assist in optimizing product pages for search and customer experience, including images, descriptions, tags, and basic SEO settings. The role involves monitoring store performance, preparing simple reports on traffic and sales,



and coordinating with the team to improve conversion and customer experience.

You may help with order tracking, basic customer communication templates, and integration of apps or tools under guidance. This is an internship role based in Jaipur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of in office work and some work from home.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, including basic product and store management.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, such as social media, online advertising, and e-commerce best practices.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic analytics dashboards, and simple reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail for product listings and documentation.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and collaborate with a small, supportive team.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in business, marketing, IT, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
- Interest in online business, entrepreneurship, and building practical skills in store and digital operations.
