Supervise production and maintenance activities on the Can Line to ensure smooth operations, Execute production plans efficiently according to batch requirements, Coordinate with Quality, Brewing, and Dispatch/Excise teams to facilitate seamless production processes, Manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and minimize beer wastage, Report production issues to the Production Manager and devise strategies for enhancing efficiency, Provide training to supervisors and operators to ensure adherence to best practices, Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities, to optimize production processes, Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the SAP system, Uphold Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and assist in audit preparations, Oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities, Maintain and organize production-related documentation, Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure working environment, Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports as per organizational requirements, Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) and management.
