- Adjust batch viscosity according to standard specifications.
- Perform regular cleaning of kettles on a daily basis.
- Arrange loading and unloading activities within the scheduled timelines.
- Operate forklifts safely and follow all precautions during material handling and shifting.
- Monitor and regulate boiler temperature when required.
- Perform the duties of a Shift Chemist in the absence of the designated Shift Chemist, whenever necessary.
- Ensure safety at every stage of operations and promote adherence to safety norms among team members.
- Follow all safety measures while handling materials and working within the production area.




- Maintain day-to-day housekeeping standards in the workplace.
- Participate in skill development and continuous improvement activities to support organizational objectives.
- Ensure timely calibration of all equipment.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments regarding daily operational activities and transactions.
- Maintain records of non-conforming products as per company procedures.
- Follow and comply with instructions provided by supervisors and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and standards.
