Shift Engineer – Loni

Location: Loni, Ghaziabad

Qualification: ITI – Electronics / Electronics & Communication

Experience: 1–4 years preferred

Industry: Logistics / ICD / Terminal Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a Shift Engineer to support day-to-day technical operations at our Loni site. The role will involve monitoring equipment during shifts, attending to technical issues, coordinating with the maintenance team, and ensuring smooth and uninterrupted site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor electrical and electronic equipment during the assigned shift.
- Attend to breakdowns and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for resolution.
- Conduct routine inspection of equipment and report abnormalities.
- Maintain shift-wise records of breakdowns, maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Ensure equipment is available and operational as per site requirements.




- Coordinate with operations and other departments for smooth shift functioning.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure safe working practices during maintenance activities.
- Escalate major technical issues to the concerned senior/maintenance team.
- Ensure proper handover of pending issues to the next shift.

Required Skills

- ITI in Electronics / Electronics & Communication.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in ICD, logistics, warehouse, terminal or industrial operations will be preferred.
