Requirements

- 7–10 years of overall ServiceNow platform experience, with strong hands-on development/configuration expertise.
- Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- 1–3 years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC and TPRM implementation exposure preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, Controls Testing, Issues Management and Third-Party Risk Management.
- Strong experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and ACLs.
- Experience with Service Catalog, workflow/flow automation, REST/SOAP integrations, Import Sets,



Transform Maps and Update Sets.
- Good understanding of CMDB, ServiceNow security and core platform capabilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CAD.
- CIS certifications in Risk & Compliance/IRM or TPRM are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Participate in end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC and TPRM implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Configure and enhance Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Controls, Issues Management and Third-Party/Vendor Risk processes.
- Develop vendor onboarding, assessments, risk scoring and remediation workflows within ServiceNow.
- Design and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integration capabilities.
- Configure workflows, notifications, approvals, security controls, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment and production support.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
