nMohali (1-2 months work from Mohali and then REMOTE)

n1 CMDB/ITOM/Mid-server

nAdd to key Responsibilities - ITOM & CMDB Focus

nSupport and enhance ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities, including Discovery and Service Mapping

nAssist with CMDB data modeling, CI classes, relationships, and standards aligned to CSDM

nTroubleshoot discovery issues, identification and reconciliation conflicts, and data quality concerns

nConfigure and support MID Servers and ITOM data sources

nAssist with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

nAdd to Qualifications – ITOM & CMDB Focus

nStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.

nDeep understanding of:

nCI classes and relationships

nIdentification & reconciliation rules

nDiscovery schedules and patterns

nCSDM concepts (Foundation, Design, Manage technical services)

nExperience supporting enterprise-scale CMDB implementations.
