Technical Responsibilities
- Create AI-powered workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications and reusable AI components.
- Develop REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Configure enterprise knowledge repositories for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Build intelligent agent workflows utilizing enterprise data sources.
- Implement AI governance, monitoring, and performance controls.
- Support deployment, testing, and optimization of AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
