Job Summary

We are looking for a Service & Technical Support Executive to handle customer service requests, troubleshoot product-related issues and coordinate prompt solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer complaints, identifying the cause of technical issues, providing appropriate support and ensuring that customer concerns are resolved efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Attend customer calls and service requests related to company products.
- Understand and document customer complaints and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic and product-related problems.
- Provide customers with appropriate technical guidance.
- Coordinate with technical, production and assembly teams when required.
- Arrange service visits when an issue cannot be resolved remotely.
- Follow up with customers until the issue is resolved.




- Maintain records of customer complaints and service activities.
- Escalate major or recurring technical issues to the concerned team.
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting irrigation automation products at customer sites.
- Provide feedback to the technical/production team regarding recurring product issues.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with customers.

Requirements

Must Have:

- 12th / ITI / Diploma degree
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, field service, electrical/electronic service or a related role.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹12000– ₹15000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
