Laser Machines or Industrial Machinery Service

We are looking for an experienced & responsible Service Head to manage our service operations for:

Laser Marking Machines

Laser Welding Machines

Other Laser Machines

Hallmarking / HUID Machines

Other Laser & machine Equipment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and assign tasks to a 10–15 member Service Team
- Plan and coordinate Machine Installation & Commissioning
- Schedule and monitor Service Calls & Site Visits
- Handle service operations within and outside Surat
- Coordinate with Service Engineers and ensure timely resolution
- Personally handle critical technical issues
- Communicate directly with customers and resolve escalated matters
- Monitor pending service complaints and ensure proper follow-up
- Maintain service reports, customer feedback, and team performance
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical & Management teams
- Ensure excellent after-sales service & customer satisfaction
