Job Title : Service Engineer

Location : AARTECH SOLONICS LTD., Mandideep, MP

Job Summary: The Service Engineer will be responsible for testing-commissioning service of high valued Technical products at site.

-Experience- 0 to 3 years

-After confirmation incentive, Bonus & other facilities will be applicable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Willingly travel to customer sites for service work.

2.Work closely with the internal team to manage scheduling and logistics for field service visits.
- Configure systems and integrate equipment with existing setups
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical or software issues.
- Provide technical support via phone, email,online meet or on-site visits.
- Train customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and ensure excellent service.
- Complete service reports and document all work performed.




- Provide feedback to the product development team on recurring issues & sales team for any future opportunities.
- Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Participated in internal projects & training programs to improve product knowledge and technical skills.

Qualifications and Requirements :

1. Electrical/Instruments Diploma/BE/M.Tech Engineer

- Any service experience at Power Plants/Sugar plants/Railways/Refineries/Steel plants/Transcos/Industries/Defense will be added value.
