Position: Service Coordinator Location: Punjabipara, Sevoke Road, Siliguri, WB

Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹25,000 (Gross)

Job Role

- We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to support our Service Manager, supervise service engineers, and ensure smooth customer service operations. We are looking for people who want to grow with the company for the long term.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily service jobs & schedules
- Supervise service engineers and track job completion
- Attend customer calls & service requests
- Follow up on AMC, breakdowns & pending jobs




- Maintain service records and reports in Excel/ERP
- Liaise with Service Manager for escalations & planning

Requirements

- Graduate (any stream), computer knowledge (Excel/Word/email)
- 2-3 years of experience in service/logistics coordination preferred
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Organized, responsible, and career‑oriented mindset
