Position: Service Advisor
Location: Serampore
Reporting to: Service Manager
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, understand complaints, and prepare job cards
- Explain service needs, cost estimates, and timelines
- Recommend additional repairs based on inspection (upselling)
- Coordinate with technicians and spare parts team for job progress
- Ensure accurate billing and final quality check before delivery
- Explain invoice and maintenance schedule at delivery
- Follow up for service reminders and maintain customer relationships
Skills Required:
- Communication
- Basic automobile knowledge
- Customer handling
- DMS software proficiency
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
Work Location: In person
