We are hiring a Waiter / Café Service Staff for our café and restaurant.

Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000 based on increased sales and performance

Food: Free food provided

Stay: Accommodation provided

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and serve customers politely.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Suggest popular dishes, combos and add-ons to customers to increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and the service area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order service.
- Handle basic customer queries and requests.
- Help the café achieve daily sales targets.

Requirements:
- Good communication and a positive attitude.
- Hardworking, punctual and customer-friendly.
- Previous waiter/café experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
