SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to grow organic traffic and search rankings across our in-house websites through on-page SEO, off-page SEO, backlink creation, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and optimize pages (meta tags, headings, URLs, internal links, content).
- Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawl errors, sitemaps, schema) and coordinate fixes with developers.
- Create high-quality backlinks through guest posting, outreach, directories, and local citations using white-hat methods.
- Monitor backlink profiles and remove or disavow toxic links.
- Support social media, email marketing, and Google/Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic.
- Track performance in Google Analytics 4 and Search Console and share monthly reports.

Requirements




- 1-3 year of hands-on experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and link building.
- Familiarity with tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and digital marketing channels.
- Ability to manage multiple websites and priorities.
- Good communication and analytical skills.

Good to Have
- Google Ads, GA4, or HubSpot certification.
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or Meta Business Suite.

KPIs
- Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings (top 10 positions).
- Number of quality backlinks created per month.
- Growth in leads and conversions from organic and digital channels.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
