Role Description This is a remote internship role for an SEO Intern at Times of Dubai. The intern will support the digital team by conducting keyword research, assisting with on-page SEO optimization, and participating in regular SEO audits of existing content. Daily tasks include analyzing website performance using web analytics tools, helping to identify link-building opportunities, and collaborating with content creators to improve search visibility.

The intern will also learn and apply SEO best practices, document findings and recommendations,



and contribute to continuous improvement of organic search performance.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Keyword Research and assist with On-Page SEO optimization using relevant tools.
- Foundational skills in conducting SEO Audits and identifying technical or content-related improvements.
- Basic understanding of Link Building strategies and ethical off-page SEO practices.
- Comfort working with Web Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to interpret traffic and performance data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interest in digital media, online journalism, or content publishing; prior exposure to SEO concepts is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a distributed team.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, IT, or a related field is preferred.
