About the Role: We are seeking an analytical and results-driven SEO professional to manage SEO for multiple business websites. The core focus of this role is to improve organic visibility on Google and drive sustainable growth in search performance. You will take ownership of the entire SEO lifecycle, from strategy to execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop overarching SEO strategies.
- On-Page SEO: Handle the optimization of meta descriptions, title tags, headings, internal linking, overall content, and URL structure.
- Technical SEO: Manage technical SEO requirements and proactively identify and resolve website issues.
- Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profiles and implement strategies for local search visibility using location-based keywords.




- Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute effective backlink and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, and prepare regular SEO performance reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the content and social media team to ensure the creation of SEO-friendly content.
- Growth Optimization: Continuously identify new opportunities to improve organic traffic and leads.

Tools & Technology:

- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush/Ahrefs and other industry-standard SEO tools.

Primary KPIs:

- Demonstrable growth in organic traffic and Google visibility.
- Continuous improvement in keyword rankings and a steady increase in organic leads.
