Focus Realm is a learning technology company building bespoke learning ecosystems for organizations across education, hospitality, and other sectors. We are currently looking for a motivated SEO Intern to help strengthen our online visibility and search presence.

Role Overview

As an SEO Intern, you will work closely with the team to improve Focus Realm's visibility on Google, strengthen our website's organic search performance, and build a structured SEO strategy around our products and target markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant SEO opportunities
- Audit website pages for on-page and technical SEO improvements
- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and content
- Develop and execute SEO content strategies
- Research and create SEO-friendly blog/content topics
- Improve Focus Realm's branded search presence
- Support backlink, outreach, and digital PR initiatives
- Research competitors and analyze their SEO strategies
- Monitor Google Search results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with Google Search Console and other SEO tools




- Identify and implement strategies to improve website indexing and discoverability
- Maintain SEO documentation, keyword databases, and content plans
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and Google search developments

What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy
- Basic understanding of how Google Search works
- Good research and analytical skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to independently research and execute tasks
- Attention to detail and willingness to experiment and learn
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools is a plus
- Prior SEO/content/marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory
