About the Role

You'll manage SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads across multiple client accounts. Strategy is led in-house, and technical implementation is handled by our development team—your focus is execution, optimisation, reporting, and continuous performance improvement.

What You'll Own

- SEO execution (on-page optimisation, content briefs, technical audits, link building)
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display & Remarketing)




- Meta Ads (campaign setup, optimisation, creative testing & scaling)
- Monthly performance reporting with actionable insights
- Collaboration with developers and content teams to improve campaign performance

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of hands-on SEO and paid media experience
- Proven track record of retaining and managing client accounts for 6+ months
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and SEMrush
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Excellent communication and ownership

Bonus: Experience with hospitality, education, healthcare, or D2C brands, Looker Studio, AI tools.

Within your first six months, you'll:

- Improve organic visibility and paid campaign performance
- Reduce CPA and improve ROAS
- Deliver reports with insights, not just metrics
- Proactively recommend growth opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent execution
