nKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for IndiaMART and other business platforms.
n
- Understand customer requirements, qualify leads and coordinate quotations with the sales
n
- team.

- Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
n
- Maintain accurate lead records, call logs and follow-up schedules in CRM software.
n
- Build robust customer relationships and support repeat business.

nWhat We Are Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or inside sales.
n
- Fluent Hindi with strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
n
- Hands-on knowledge of telecalling software and CRM systems.
n
- Experience handling IndiaMART and other online platform enquiries.
n
- Proven lead conversion and customer relationship skills.
