About the Role

This is the first hire in the sales funnel — the person who ensures every enquiry is answered fast, qualified correctly, and converted into a booked meeting with the right manager. It's a discipline-driven role, not a creative one.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to every enquiry within 10 minutes across WhatsApp, Instagram DM, website, phone calls, WedMeGood, and other lead portals

Qualify each lead on exactly four data points: event date, city/venue, guest count, and budget range

Schedule a video call or in-office meeting with the appropriate manager

Send confirmation reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before each meeting to ensure attendance

Log every lead in the CRM the same day,



including next action and follow-up date

Maintain scope discipline — do not sell, quote pricing, or plan events; hand off qualified leads to the right team member

Candidate Requirements :

1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, luxury retail, travel sales, or a wedding venue's banquet desk

Fluent in both Hindi and English, with a transparent and unhurried phone manner

Presentable on video calls and quick/responsive on WhatsApp

Strong sense of process and follow-through; reliability matters more than creativity

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
